Not receiving code via e-mail
If you did not receive the single-use code at your e-mail address, you may order a 6-character code to your mobile phone with the help of the PIN code letter.
To create a new password:
- Click "Forgotten password" on the log in screen
- Enter your national identity number and click "Next"
- Enter the 5-character code from the SMS, click "Next"
- Click the link "Use code from the PIN code letter"
- Enter the specified PIN code, click "Next"
- Enter the 6-character code that was sent to your mobile phone, click "Next"
- Create a new password, at least 8 characters long (permitted characters are A-Z, 0-9 and special characters)
To change your e-mail address:
- Click the "Pencil button" behind the e-mail address
- Enter the correct e-mail address
- Click "Save"
