Not receiving code by SMS (Buypass ID in mobile)
If you are not receiving the code by SMS, try turning the mobile phone on and off.
If you still can not receive the SMS-code, you may have the wrong phone number registered.
How to change your phone number:
- Select Buypass ID
- Type your personal identification number, click "continue"
- Click "don't receive SMS"
- Select BankID or BankID in mobile to complete the identification.
- Register the phone number and save the changes.
Select Buypass ID and log in again.
