If you did not receive codes via SMS and e-mail, you must contact ID-porten User support. We will then have to reset your user. If you want to reset your user profile for other reasons, you must contact ID-porten User support.

- You will receive new MinID PIN codes within 1-5 working days.
The PIN codes are sent to your registered address in the National Population Register.
- You must register yourself as a new user.
If the contact information is incorrect and you want to change the mobile phone number and e-mail address, you can do this in your user profile. You can then log in using BankID, Buypass or Commfides.
