Not receiving code by SMS
If you are not receiving the code by SMS, try turning the mobile phone on and off.
If you still can not receive the SMS-code, you may have the wrong phone number registered.
How to change your phone number:
- Select Buypass ID
- Type your personal identification number, click "continue"
- Click "don't receive SMS"
- Select BankID or BankID in mobile to complete the identification
- Register the phone number and save the changes
Select Buypass ID and log on again.
