Windows (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Opera)
Instructions for deleting cookies in different Windows browsers:
Internet Explorer
Shortcut: Crtl+Shift+Del
- Open "Internet Explorer"
- Click on menu - "Tools" in the upper right corner
- Select "Security"
- Click "Delete browsing history"
- Make sure that "Cookies and site data" is checked off
- Click on "Delete"
- Restart browser and try to log on again
Microsoft Edge
Shortcut: Crtl+Shift+Del
- Open "Microsoft Edge"
- Click on menu - three horizontal dots in the upper right corner
- Select "History"
- Click on the three horizontal dots
- Select "Clear browsing data"
- Make sure that "Time range" is set to "All time"
- Make sure that "Cookies and other site data" is checked off
- Click on "Clear now"
- Restart browser and try to log on again
Firefox
Shortcut: Crtl+Shift+Del
- Open "Firefox"
- Click on menu - three horizontal lines in the upper right corner
- Select "History"
- Click on "Clear resent history"
- Make sure that "Time range to clear" is set to "Everything"
- Make sure that "Cookies" is checked off
- Click on "Ok"
- Restart browser and try to log on again
Chrome
Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Del
- Open "Chrome"
- Click on menu - three horizontal dots in the upper right corner
- Select "More tools"
- Select "Clear browsing data"
- Make sure that "Time range" is set to "All time"
- Make sure that "Cookies and other site data" is checked off
- Click on "Clear data"
- Restart browser and try to log on again
Opera
Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Del
- Open "Opera"
- Click on Opera in the uper left corner
- Select "History"
- Select "Clear browsing data"
- Make sure that "Time range" is set to "All time"
- Make sure that "Cookies and other site data" is checked off
- Click on "Clear data"
- Restart browser and try to log on again
