MinID
MinID provides access to online public services at a substantial level of security (level 3).
On the 3rd of October the sending of MinID PIN-code letter stopped. New users will now get MinID Activation letter, and it is not possible to order PIN-code letter.
MinID is a two-factor security solution. It means that you have to use two factors to log on to a service. The first factor is a self-made password. The second factor is either sms-code or a push in the MinID app. The PIN-codes have a weak safety mechanism, and do not satisfy the demands to safety that MinID has to provide. Therefor the PIN-code letters has to be wound up.

Are you a guardian?
Since the PIN-code letter has to be wound up, in the future you have to use one-time code on SMS. When you use MinID App the phone is connected to a certain ID-number. Therefor it is not possible to have several ID-numbers registered on the same phone.
