Resetting MinID
If you do not receive codes by SMS and email, please contact ID-porten help desk. We must then reset your user account. If you want to reset your user account for other reasons, you must contact ID-porten help desk at (+47) 800 30 300.
When resetting:
• You will receive new activation letter within 10 business days
• The activation letter are only sent to the address you have registered in the National Population Register. If you have both postal address and residential address, it will be sent to the postal address
• You must register as a new user
