"Warning: Your user account has been blocked. You are no longer able to log in with ID-porten. This normally occurs at the request of the user. If you have not made such a request, or if you wish to reopen your user account, please contact the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency."
If you have receivd a new personal ID-number, and try to log on with your old number, this error message may occur.
When you receive your new personal ID-number, you have to order activation letter and registrer as a new MinID user.
