PIN-codes are no longer valid From January 16th, you will no longer be able to log in with PIN-codes. To still be able to log in with MinID, you need to use code by SMS or the MinID app. If you have used code from the PIN-code letter, you will now receive a code by SMS.

To which address are the MinID Activation letter sent to

The MinID Activation letter are only sent to the post address you are registered with in the National Population Register (folkeregisteret). If you have both postal address and residential address, it will be sent to the postal address. For security reasons, the MinID Activation letter can not be sent to any other address. 

If you are registered with both a residential address and a post address in the National Population Register, the MinID Activation letter will be sent to the post address.
